General Industry Products
The industrial sector is one of the largest markets using powder coatings, encompassing a large variety of sectors from machine tool painting, to electrical substations, generators, compressors, shelving and much more. Given the wide market diversification, we can manufacture products tailored to each customer and specific to meet their needs.

Corrosion and Metal Protection
Unprotected steel exposed to air, immersed in water, or buried is susceptible to corrosion, resulting in damage. Therefore, it is essential to protect such structures to withstand corrosive stresses throughout the required service life of the product. It is important to identify the characterization guidelines for the product and its lifecycle in the specific environment where it will be used.
The corrosion resistance of a product is ensured by a combination of factors:
1. Substrate (steel, aluminum, and type of steel-aluminum)
2. Surface treatment of the product
3. Coating (use of electrophoresis/primer/top-coat)
4. The environment in which the product will be placed
5. Maintenance of the product once installed
Regarding the coating, if you choose to protect the substrate with a powder primer and a top-coat, there are several primers available depending on the desired results.

The suitability and/or durability of the coating system must be demonstrated through the tests required by ISO 12944-6. In particular, through the results of the neutral salt spray corrosion tests (ISO 9227): Corrosivity class C3H —> resistance 480 h; Corrosivity class C4H —> resistance 720 h; Corrosivity class C5H —> resistance 1440 h.
The main features of the revolutionary new zinc primer are:
• Low content of metallic zinc (approximately 5%)
• Better yield (20-30% more than a traditional Zinc primer)
• Better chargeability ⇒no preheating phase necessary
• Reduced waste ⇒ cost savings for waste disposal
• Conductive effect ⇒surface resistance less than 10 MΩ, very easy to cover with a second layer of top-coat
• Self-levelling properties ⇒homogeneity of thickness on the piece.
• Excellent edge coverage
• Can be repainted without pre-baking
